The benefits of the service
Our Matching Service gives non-profit organsiations the chance to recruit external trustees through our register of skilled volunteers. Our in-house recruitment teams will approach suitable candidates on our register and pass on the details of interested candidates directly to you.The TrusteeWorks Matching service allows you to specify the skill most needed by your board. We will promote your role to our register of skilled volunteers and personally select candidates with the appropriate skills and experience. We will send you details of suitable volunteers who you can then go ahead and contact.
TrusteeWorks Matching Service: introductions to professionals with the skills you need.
• Recruitment teams will search our extensive register and will directly approach those candidates deemed suitable.
• Your role appears as a listing on the Reach register of available trustee opportunities.
• Reach performs 1st level candidate screening.
• We will send you details of suitable candidates who are interested in your role. Your organisation then takes responsibility for contacting candidates.
The costs of the service
To register a skill gap with the TrusteeWorks Matching service is completely free of charge to charities with less than £1M turnover. To organsiations with £1M or more turnover, the Matching Service costs £150 plus VAT.
