The first Trustees’ Week - 25th to 31st October
The Charity Commission, in collaboration with a number of national organisations including Reach, launched Trustees’ Week 2010 on October 25th. The initiative, which is due to become an annual event, was designed to highlight the invaluable work which trustees do for charities around the country. It is hoped that more people will be encouraged to consider becoming trustees by being made aware of the opportunities which exist to make a real and positive difference.
