Bob Fee ACMA  Bob spent over 30 years working for Marks & Spencer PLC, gaining high-level experience in finance, marketing, supply chain, operations, systems development and business planning. He has also held positions serving as a Non-Executive Director, a member of various  government panels and as a small businesses advisor. Bob is currently an advisor to Pringle of Scotland and the Royal Windsor Farms. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Elizabeth (Liz) Burns CMG OBE After a long career in the voluntary and volunteering sectors at national and international levels, Liz is now more or less retired. At present she is a member of the advisory group for the Unlocking Potential project in Northern Ireland, designed to underpin development of volunteering by older people, and a member of the working committee of Scotland’s National Forum on Older People Volunteering. She is also a member of an advisory group for UN Volunteers IYV+10 initiative. Closer to home, Liz is a volunteer in her local community hospital, and coordinator of RSVP Hospital Volunteers in the Forth Valley area.  

   

Elizabeth (Liz) Maher Liz started her career as a VAT Inspector with  HM Customs and Excise before spending 13 years with the accountancy firm Ernst and Young where she became one of their first Directors of Corporate VAT Services. She then joined Centurion VAT Consultants, an independent VAT consultancy practice of which she is now a director. Liz became involved with Reach after using our services to help find appropriate ways in which her business and marketing skills could benefit bodies in the voluntary sector. She is actively involved with the Young Enterprise charity as well as building the profile of Reach in Wales within both the corporate and the voluntary sectors. She also acts as the Welsh Independent Auditor for the Investing in Volunteers Award.

   

Frank Moxon (appointed May 2009) Frank is a corporate financier with over 25 years of industry experience. Initially an equities analyst at Capel Cure Myers, he has subsequently worked in corporate finance roles at Beeson Gregory, Société Générale, Old Mutual, Williams de Broë, where he was Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Natural Resources, Evolution Securities, where he headed up the mining team, and his own natural resources consultancy, Hoyt Moxon Ltd. He is also Non-executive Chairman of PLUS-quoted Imperial Minerals plc and a Non-executive Director of AIM-quoted Cove Energy plc, TSX-V quoted Whetstone Minerals Limited and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, of which he is also a Chartered Fellow. He holds an economics degree from Loughborough University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and also the Energy Institute.

   

 

   

Iain Herbertson Iain is an employment services expert who spent 15 years as Managing Director of Manpower UK Ltd and other employment services businesses in the UK, Europe and Asia. During this time, he worked closely with governments, regulatory authorities, employer organisations and trades unions. He is special advisor for employment to the Mayor’s Fund for London, a charity which aims to improve the life chances and aspirations of the 600,000 children and young people who live in relative poverty in London. He has served in a non-executive capacity in the public and voluntary sectors including for the Crown Prosecution Service, the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Employers Forum for Disabilities, Young Enterprise and Alperton Community School.

   

Nicky Field Nicky is a marketing and brand management expert with more than 25 years of industry experience. Since 2005, she has worked with freelance marketing company Oliver Daniels Ltd and between 2003 to 2005 was Marketing and Fundraising Director, working with two international development charities, Voluntary Services Overseas and British Executive Service Overseas, where she led the internal and external communications strategies for the integration of the two organisations. Previously she held senior marketing and brand management positions at International Distillers and Vintners and Spillers Foods. She has an MBA from The City University – Ashridge Management College and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
