Peter Sheppard CB CBE Peter was most recently Chief Executive of SSAFA Forces Help having served for 36 years in the Army. He has also worked in the House of Commons as a specialist adviser to a Select Committee and spent 8 years as Chairman of a Widows' Pension Fund and of an independent boarding and day school in London. He is currently a Trustee of the Army Benevolent Fund.

Elizabeth (Liz) Burns CMG OBE Elizabeth is immediate Past President and a Board Member of the International Association for Volunteer Effort (IAVE), a body with members from over 90 countries.
She was Chief Executive of Volunteer Development Scotland until 2001, and is former President of the European Volunteer Centre. Elizabeth has been a Board Member of Community Learning Scotland and of the learning and Teaching Scotland Advisory Council. Currently she is Chair of the Historic Environment Advisory Council for Scotland and represents IAVE on the UN Department of Public Information NGO Committee.

Lady (Kitty) Chisholm Kitty has worked in education since 1972.She was at the Open University for 27 years. From 2003 to 2007 she was Director of Development at Brunel University.
With Professors Tom Vincent and Marc Eisenstadt she was one of a team of three who created the Knowledge Media Institute in 1995. She served as Chair of CASE Europe from 1998 to 2001.
She is now Development Strategy Advisor to the newly formed Human Centre Design Institute at Brunel. She is also on the advisory board of JRBH Strategy Management and a trustee of the National Museums of Science and Industry.

Bob Fee ACMA Bob Fee spent over 30 years working for Marks & Spencer PLC gaining high level experience in finance, marketing, supply chain, operations, systems development and business planning He has also held positions serving as a Non-Executive Director, a member of various Government Panels and as an Advisor to Small Businesses. Bob is currently a Non-Executive Director/Adviser to Pringle Scotland Limited and an Adviser to Windsor Royal Farms for retail operations. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Elizabeth (Liz) Maher Liz started her career as a VAT Inspector with HM Customs and Excise, before spending thirteen years with the accountancy firm Ernst and Young where she became one of their first Directors of Corporate VAT Services.
She then joined Centurion VAT Consultants , an independent VAT consultancy practice of which she is now a Director. Liz became involved with Reach after using our services to help find appropriate ways in which her business and marketing skills could benefit bodies in the voluntary sector. She is actively involved with the Young Enterprise charity as well as building the profile of Reach in Wales within both the corporate and the voluntary sectors. She also acts as the Welsh Independent Auditor for the Investing in Volunteers Award.

Frank Moxon – appointed from May 2009 Frank is a corporate financier with over 25 years’ experience in the City, the vast majority as an adviser to the boards of quoted, international companies. He currently runs his own corporate finance consultancy business, Hoyt Moxon.

Jeffrey Ng Jeffrey is a member of the senior management team of the national law firm Beachcroft LLP. As their Information and Operations Director he is responsible for the business support services units encompassing information resources, technology, IT, training, property management and facilities. Having started his career in IT with British Airways, he has worked for a number of other organisations including SmithKline Beecham, Dun and Bradstreet, Logica CMG and Marsh & McLennan.
He is also a member of the management committee of the London based charity Nucleus Legal Advice.
