• The managed service is our entry level service providing voluntary organisations advice on how to define an interesting role to attract potential trustees.  A Reach volunteering adviser helps identify potential trustees from our register of volunteers, promotes the role to them and reviews expressions of interest for suitability.  Details of appropriately skilled interested candidates are passed to the voluntary organisation for them to complete the short listing and interview process
• The premium service works more closely with organisations helping them define their skilled trustee needs and develop a detailed information pack on the trustee role needed and the charity.  The Reach trustee placement specialist personally approaches potential candidates and supports them through the application process to provide a screened shortlist of candidates to the voluntary organisation in line with their recruitment timescale
• The bespoke service delivered through Prospectus, our partner, offers a full external search and selection facility for trustees. Recruitment advertising in national, local or specialist press will be offered as part of the service or separately if desired

A tailored service is also available for organisations seeking to recruit a large number of trustees or for umbrella and federated organisations wanting to establish a specialised service for their community.

Where appropriate, TrusteeWorks offers specially discounted print recruitment advertising through publications such as the Guardian, Third Sector, most national, specialist and local press as well as excellent deals with third sector online and others. Charities that offer free help with general charity trustee recruitment include:

• Your local Volunteer Centre or Council for Voluntary Service may offer help to find trustees in your local area 
• Arts and Business helps arts organisations through its business connections to find trustees (www.aandb.org.uk)
• The NCVO TrusteeBank offers a free online notice board advertising trustee vacancies (www.ncvo-vol.org.uk)
• The Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales offers charities a free access to its members’ jobs board (www.icaewjobs.com).  This service is automatically offered by Trusteeworks for financial trustee positions.
