This service is suitable for small and medium sized organisations who take a professional approach to governance but may not have the time or the expertise to recruit successfully across all the skills required for thier board.

High quality candidates need courting. We target individuals on your behalf, singling out the right candidate and presenting the role persuasively to them
TrusteeWorks Premium prepares candidates on your behalf
We produce a bespoke Trustee Information pack , designed to educate the candidates about your organisation and it’s work, promoting the role to them. We offer governance information to ensure that trustees understand what the role entails.
TrusteeWorks Premium can be shaped to meet your needs
Our flexible service can be adapted to suit your own recruitment processes and timetable, relieving you of the burden of trustee recruitment by providing you with introductions to the right informed and motivated candidates.
The costs of the service
To register a role with the Premium Service costs £175 plus VAT.
A further £300 will be charged upon introduction to candidates with the specified skills and experience.
