The information we collect and how we use it
As part of the registration process for an organisation or volunteer you will be asked to submit details including, but not limited to, an email address as well as your name, contact details and mailing address. All mandatory information is clearly indicated.
Reach asks for information on your interests and work experience in order that we can find a role that suits you.
Reach will only disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Where your consent has been obtained.
- Where there is a legal obligation.
- Where there is a public duty.
- In connection with the assignment or transfer of all or any of its rights and obligations to any of its group companies or to any other third party.
Reach asks for information on ethnicity, age, disability and gender to help with our equal opportunities monitoring, this information is not passed on to any other organisation.
Reach does not collect any financial information on the Site.
Reach may ask you to complete surveys or questionnaires on the Site from time to time. These will always be voluntary, but we may use the information from them to personalise the Site and to target marketing to relevant organisations and volunteers.
Reach may collect management information on our email campaigns, such as whether you have read an email sent by us, when and how many times. We will use this information to improve content and services and to inform groups of users about relevant products and services.
