Reach works in partnership with funders across the public, corporate and grant-giving sectors to deliver a number of funded projects.

Employability Through Volunteering

Reach, with funding support from Deutsche Bank, is undertaking a three year programme to help migrants and refugees across London, seeking to develop their overseas career skills and experience in the voluntary sector as a stepping stone into full time, paid employment. London Communities Project

London Communities Project, funded by City Bridge Trust, is a pan-London project providing extra support to small local community groups and / or black and minority ethic groups and to the volunteers who are interested in helping them.

Reach works closely with voluntary organisations to help them create volunteering roles which are both useful to the organisation and attractive to volunteers. We also build relationships with volunteers who are willing to support these groups to ensure that we find interesting and worthwhile roles for them.

Reach Corporate Clients

Reach works closely with corporate clients to develop tailored employee volunteering schemes. With a successful track record of placing skilled volunteer professionals in a wide variety of developmental roles, Reach delivers programmes that meet the individual needs of each organisation and employees.

• Achieving corporate social responsibility objectives
• Developing employees’ skills in new areas through volunteering and voluntary placement
• Helping retired employees find new applications for valuable expertise
• Strengthening positive engagement with the local community
